Amanda is a Kadina local through and through. She grew up on a farm just outside of town, and has spent her whole life connected to this community and the people in it. Today she lives in Kadina with her partner and their two daughters, Emerson and Kaia, along with their much-loved sausage dog, Bentley.

She nurtures that local connection actively, giving generously of her time through volunteer roles over many years, including six years as Secretary of the Synergy Netball Club and her current role as Secretary of the Management Committee of the Kadina Childcare Centre.

As our Receptionist and Conveyancing Assistant, Amanda is often the first person you’ll speak to at Mildwaters Byrth. Her nearly eight years in the real estate industry, across a wide range of administration roles, means she understands property transactions from the inside out. She holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and was recognised as Administrator of the Year for Ray White SA/NT for the 2014/2015 Financial Year. 

Combined with five years working in a law firm environment, Amanda brings a rare combination of property knowledge and legal procedure to her conveyancing support work, the kind of grounded, practical experience that makes a real difference when you’re buying or selling property.

She loves that no two days are the same, and she approaches every client interaction with genuine warmth and a determination to help. Getting to know the people who walk through our doors, and supporting them through what can be a significant life moment, is something Amanda takes seriously.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Amanda out walking with Bentley, going for a bike ride with the family, or, when the opportunity arises, settling in with a good book and a cup of tea.

Amanda believes that hard work and kindness go hand in hand, and she brings both, at 110%, to every single day.
