Whatever your property situation, we have the experience to guide you through it.
Property transactions come in all shapes and sizes. A first home purchase in Kadina. A farm transfer that has been planned for years. A property that needs to be dealt with after a loved one passes away. A lease, a subdivision, a title that needs a name changed.
Whatever has brought you here, our conveyancing team has handled it before — and handled it well. Anna Przibilla, Candice Light, Ashlea Arnott, and Amanda Larwood work from our offices in Kadina and Minlaton, and they are supported by the solicitors of Mildwaters Byrth when a transaction needs legal muscle behind it.
Here is an overview of what we do.
Buying And Selling Property
For most people, buying or selling a home is the largest financial transaction of their lives. We make sure it is handled with the care and attention that deserves.
We work with first home buyers, downsizers, investors, holiday home purchasers, and everyone in between. Wherever you are in the process, we can help you move forward with confidence.
Farm And Rural Property Transfers
Rural property transactions carry their own particular complexity. Easements, water access, boundary questions, family succession arrangements, and the intersection of conveyancing with estate planning all require experience that goes beyond standard residential conveyancing.
Anna Przibilla grew up on a farm on the Yorke Peninsula. She understands rural property from the inside, and she brings that understanding to every farm and rural transfer we handle.
Contracts And Agreements
Property matters do not always follow a straightforward path. We also handle:
Other Conveyancing Services
Whether you are buying or selling privately, working through a real estate agent, or dealing with a commercial arrangement, getting the contract right from the start protects everyone involved.
We assist with private sale contracts, agent-facilitated transactions, lease preparation and review, and land agreements and encumbrances.
What Clients Say
Anna Przibilla handles all our conveyancing. She is very courteous, professional and her consistent follow-up and communication is next level until our jobs are completed. Highly recommended,
[We] would like to express our gratitude to you with the recent sale of our house. You explained everything in full detail and made the entire sale process extremely easy and stress free. We would not hesitate to recommend Mildwaters Byrth Lawyers, in particular yourself [Candice].
Candice was extremely professional, thorough, and kind when assisting with the sale of my home recently. Candice managed everything efficiently and I was contacted at the required time points. She made the whole process seamless and I am very grateful. I highly recommend her conveyancing services.
The Difference A Law Firm Makes
Every one of these services is delivered by a conveyancing team working within a full-service law firm. If your transaction becomes legally complex at any point, our solicitors are already across your file and ready to step in. No referral, no delay, no starting again with someone new.
It is the kind of backup that conveyancing-only services simply cannot offer. On the Yorke Peninsula, it is something only we can provide.

Do You Only Handle Conveyancing On The Yorke Peninsula?
No. We can manage conveyancing for any property in South Australia, regardless of where the property is located or where you live. If you cannot come to our Kadina or Minlaton office to sign documents, we can post them to you. The only step that requires you to attend somewhere in person is verification of identity, which can be completed at your nearest Australia Post outlet. We have helped clients with properties and circumstances well beyond the Peninsula, and we are happy to discuss your situation wherever you are.
