Kim has worked as a Probate Clerk since 2021, building solid experience in an area of law that calls for both precision and genuine sensitivity. She joined the Mildwaters Byrth team in 2026, and is looking forward to deepening her knowledge of deceased estates in a firm that shares her commitment to getting things right for clients.

Before entering the legal industry, Kim completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting, a foundation that serves her well in the careful, detail-oriented work that probate requires.

What Kim finds most rewarding is the opportunity to support people in her own community through what is often a difficult and emotional time. She approaches every client with empathy and care, understanding that behind every estate matter is a family doing their best to honour someone they love.

Kim was raised in Kadina and has a genuine appreciation for the Copper Coast lifestyle. Outside of work, she enjoys catching up with friends at local cafes and spending time with family.
